Level 1 Coach
Overview
This is an eight (8) hour practical course.
During the course you will learn the basics of coaching with the help of a FIH Hockey Academy Coach Educator who will supervise your coaching techniques in practice. Practical assessment is done either with other candidates on the course or with a chosen hockey team.
Delivery
This course is delivered by your National Association in partnership with your Continental Federation and the FIH.
Certificate
You will be awarded a Level 1 Coaching Certificate upon completion of the course.
Verification
This course is verified by the FIH through feedback from the FIH Coach Educator, the candidates and other stakeholders.
