Looking to buy – Tickets are still available for most sessions except England, Semi-finals and the Final Click here to buy

How much do they cost? – We have 3 different price categories, A, B & C, for every session, with prices from as low as £1 for U18s.

How do I get my tickets? – Your souvenir ticket(s) and wallet will arrive by post to the address you provide at the time of booking. You can track the progress of your tickets, from sale to dispatch and delivery. You’ll just need your reference number from your confirmation email and the last 4 digits of your payment card, or phone number to view this. If you book close to your selected session date, See Tickets will advise you by email to collect these from the Ticket Office on the day of the session.


I bought tickets but they haven’t arrived – Oops, don’t worry, if they’ve not arrived 2 days before the date of the first session you’re attending, then please call See Tickets on + 44 (0)844 8718810 or + 44 115 896 0248 if outside the UK. They’ll advise the options. Please have your booking confirmation to hand.

I’ve misplaced my tickets – Don’t worry,please call See Tickets on + 44 (0)844 8718810 or + 44 115 896 0248 if outside the UK. Please have your booking confirmation to hand and they’ll be able to help. If you lose your tickets on the day, visit our Ticket Office between Fan Central and the Arena.

Can I buy tickets on the day? – Yes subject to availability, but we’d really recommend buying in advance. On the day prices will be higher. You can purchase tickets from the Info Station in Fan Central and the Ticket Office located on the Walk of Stars between Fan Central and the Arena. The Ticket Office opens 2.15 hours before the start of each session and stays open until after the last match of each session.

Can I leave tickets for collection? – Yes of course, we know that sometimes one of your group may be running late. Simply head to the Ticket Office, ask to leave the ticket(s) for collection and complete a Ticket Collection Form.

Can I upgrade my tickets? – Yes, subject to availability, you can upgrade to a higher ticket Category price or a Premium Experience package. Please call See Tickets on + 44 844 871 8810 or + 44 115 896 0248 and you’ll just be asked to pay the difference.

I can’t attend the event now – Oh no! We’re really sorry to hear that. We recommend that you put your tickets back on sale via See Tickets using the Fan to Fan platform here. This enables you to both sell and buy spare tickets safely and securely, at the price you’ve paid.
