Hockey World League Round 2 kicks into full gear

Live streaming of games from India and Spain

Monday in Delhi, the FIH kicks off nearly four straight weeks of Hockey World League action when the Hero Hockey World League Round 2 tournament begins. Six men's teams and six womens' teams will take to the field to earn a berth in the Hockey World League Semi-Finals in June. The Semi-Finals will ultimately determine the field for the 2014 World Cup in the Netherlands.

Nearly every game from Delhi will be streamed live on the FIH website at the following link: http://www.fih.livesport.tv/home. In addition, the games will be televised in India by Ten Sports (check local listings for times and channels).

Following the men’s and women’s tournaments in Delhi, the Round 2 action moves onto Valencia, Spain, from February 25-March 3 for the women’s Hockey World League Round 2 tournament. The five team Round Robin tournament will also have live streaming Games from through the organizing committee at the following link: www.fhcv.tv 

Rounding out the month of action, 12 teams will head to Rio for a men’s and women’s Hockey World League Round 2 tournament. The men will take to the pitch first with their tournament running from February 27 – March 5. The women will follow up with the six-team round robin event from March 4-10. Currently, there is no live streaming for those two tournaments, but check back to the FIH website as this could change as the event nears.
