Media accreditation process for Men's & Women's Hockey World League Semi-Finals Johannesburg 2017

The International Hockey Federation (FIH) and the South African Hockey Association (SAHA) would like to inform you that the media accreditation process for the upcoming Men's & Women’s Hockey World League Semi-Finals event in Johannesburg, South Africa is now open. Media interested in covering this World Cup 2018 qualification event can find full details below.

Men’s and Women’s Hockey World League Semi-Finals – Johannesburg, South Africa.
When: 8-23 July 2017.
Where: Wits University, Parktown, Johannesburg. 
Teams: Women - Argentina, China, England, Germany, India, Ireland, Japan, Poland, South Africa, USA. Men - Australia, Belgium, Egypt, France, Germany, Ireland, Japan, New Zealand, South Africa, Spain.

Applying for Media Accreditation
Members of the media who would like to be considered for accreditation for this tournament can do so by clicking on the link below.

The closing date for all media accreditation requests is 9th June 2017.

As always, applying for an accreditation does not automatically guarantee the right to receive an accreditation. All persons who are successful in their application for an accreditation will receive a confirmation email. Applications not completed in full will not be approved for onsite media access. 

A quick point of note. FIH and SAHA will do their utmost to give accreditations to as many working members of the media as possible. That said, the expected high demand for accreditation at this showpiece event means that there will undoubtedly be some disappointments. We will inform you as soon as possible as to whether or not your application for accreditation has been successful.

Media Hotel
Complete details regarding the name and location of the media hotel, which will be serviced by regular transport to and from the venue, will be supplied to successful applicants in due course.
