    Hockey pitches are springing up all over the world, but each installation provides its own unique challenges, says the general manager of one manufacturer.

    What you require of a hockey pitch depends upon your viewpoint: as a player you will want a pitch that runs fast and true, allowing you to play the best hockey you possibly can. A club administrator will want those qualities, but at a reasonable price and with a long life-span; the groundsman will want an easy maintenance pitch with low irrigation requirements.  x 123 More
