The FIH is saddened to report that Competitions Committee Member Guido Braca passed away over the weekend. The Italian was recently awarded the EHF Diploma of Merit by President Marijke Fleuren at the GANT EuroHockey Championships. The bronze medal won by Great Britain’s Hannah Macleod at the London 2012 Olympic Games was stolen, leaving the 28-year-old devastated. Her prized possession went missing on Thursday night after a team celebration in London.
