With only a few hours to go before the start of the BDO Men’s World Cup, the Warsteiner Hockey Stadium in Monchengladbach is almost ready for action. During the last couple of days, all twelve participants had the opportunity to train in this excellent hockey facility. Netherlands and Australia played a test match, which was won by the Dutch team 3-2. The stands were still empty, but that will change when the ‘real’ matches start. For some days, all tickets are already sold out for some weeks.
