Together with the BDO World Cup men in Monchengladbach, Germany, the Seniors World Championships will take place in Leverkusen. From 8 till 15 September, women teams for players aged 45 and over, men’s teams for players aged 60 and over and men’s teams for players aged 65 and over will compete in their own World Cup.

The four women’s formations are coming from England, Netherlands, Italy and Germany. Eight countries are registered for the men’s 60 and over competition, also known as the ‘Grand Masters’. Australia, England, India, Egypt, Netherlands, Scotland, Malaysia and Germany are participating in this championship. Netherlands, England, Australia and Germany will play in the ‘Great Grand Masters’ event, the World Cup open for the players aged 65 years and older. The matches take place on the two pitches of the RTHC Bayer Leverkusen.
