England Hockey has announced changed to its men’s coaching appointments for its senior and under 21 squads.

Following a review of England’s 2005 programme, performance director David Faulkner has announced changes to the men’s coaching teams to support the programme in 2006.

Next year, England faces a challenging programme which includes the Commonwealth Games and World Cup Qualifying tournaments taking place in March and April respectively.

David Bunyan who was recently appointed head coach to the U21 team will now become Jason Lee’s assistant coach for both events, whilst Bobby Crutchley will take over the role of head coach of the U21 squad.

Crutchley will also assist Lee during the forthcoming men’s tour to South Africa in January and the Commonwealth Games in Melbourne, before concentrating on the junior squad’s preparation for the U21 European Cup in Prague.
