Matthew Eyles, strength and conditioning coach for Hockey India, demonstrates how to develop power in your legs. This is the first in a series of five videos that will help hockey players of all abilities to improve their fitness levels.

 In this video, he puts the Indian men's captain, Rupinder Pal Singh, through his paces with the squat jump, an explosive movement designed to develop leg strength, power and flexibility.
