The FIH and the Belgian Hockey Federation are pleased to announce that tickets for the Athlon Car Lease FIH Road To London (17-25 March 2012) are available for purchase via the tournament ticket sales site.  Competing in the second women’s Olympic Qualification event will be the national teams from Belgium, France, Ireland, Mexico, Spain and Russia.
It will start with a six team round robin with the top two teams meeting in a final game to determine the Olympic berth and the remaining teams playing a final placement game for World Ranking points.
The winner of the event will be second squad to qualify to London through the Olympic Qualification tournament. The South-African women won the Hero FIH Road to London tournament in Delhi last week.

The International Hockey Federation (FIH) and the Belgian Hockey Federation (KBHB) are pleased to announce that tickets for the Athlon Car Lease FIH Road To London (17-25 March 2012) are available for purchase via the tournament ticket sales site. The national teams of Belgium, France, Ireland, Mexico, Spain and Russia will all be fighting for a ticket to the London 2012 Olympic Games. 

The tournament - which takes place at Kontich, near Antwerp - will start with a six team round robin with the top two teams meeting in the final to determine which nation will claim the Olympic berth. The remaining teams will play classification matches for all important World Ranking points.

The winner of the event will be the second women's national side to qualify for London 2012 through the FIH Road to London events. Last weekend, the women of South-Africa powered to victory at the Hero FIH Road to London competition which took place in Delhi, India.
