Congratulations to the Kookaburras who last night were named Team of the Year at the 2010 Sports Performer Awards!
Co-captain Jamie Dwyer was present at the award ceremony to accept the honour on behalf of the team.
In a sign of how highly regarded the Kookaburras are viewed by the Australian sporting public, the Kookaburras won the award ahead of quality opposition including the Matildas (soccer), Collingwood Football Club (AFL), Queensland State of Origin (Rugby), St George Illawarra (Rugby) and Team Vodafone (racing).
Well done Kookaburras!
