Home team Korea moved to the top of the points table after a 7-0 thrashing of Malaysia on the second day of the KT Cup today.

England recorded their second consecutive draw, this time a 1-1 result against India, to stay in touch with the tournament leaders.

“I was very pleased with England’s application against an Indian side that defended very deeply and constantly broke down play,” England coach Danny Kerry Said.

“We had more opportunities in the second half to win the game but it was a good learning experience for some of our younger players.”

In the day’s other results day one winner, China, was unable to overcome Ireland in a 0-0 draw.
