The Hockeyroos have continued their winning form, defeating South Africa 5-0 after winning the first match 4-0.
Their preparation for the Spar Cup, played against South Africa, Argentina and India from 2-6 June.
In only her second game, Emily Hurtz opened the scoring for the Hockeyroos at the five minute mark.
Hope Munro and Kate Hollywood extended the lead just prior to half time, setting up a demanding lead.
The second half followed the same pattern, with Madonna Blyth and Danielle Schubach scoring to set up the victory.
Coach Frank Murray said he was pleased with the win.
”It was another strong performance. We controlled the midfield and kept the South African defense under constant pressure. Excellent work off the ball ensured options were there for players who worked hard to win possession,” said Murray.
