England and Canada fought a scoreless draw in their final match in Reading last night to give the home team a 2-0 series win.

Manager Peter Nicholson said that although England controlled most of the match, chances were few and far between.

“This has been a really worthwhile week and we look forward to games against Germany in Berlin in eight days time following a few days off. This is an inexperienced group at this level but has learnt much this week,” he said.
