The first FIH World Hockey Academy is an exciting strategic partnership between the FIH and Dubai Sports City and will open its doors in 2009. It has the mission of being the centre of excellence for hockey in the Region.

Located within Dubai Sports City, it will provide a unique environment for coaching, development, and training, with outstanding world–class facilities and expertise. The World Hockey Academy will be an outstanding international facility to further develop players of all abilities and ages, coaches and administrators.
